About Me
Hello, I’m Hannah from Hannah’s little honeys childminding.
I am 28 years old and living in Mytchett with my husband Chris, daughter Mia - who was born in October 2024 and my labrador, Otis (who is wonderful with children).
I have had a huge passion for childcare for as long as I can remember.
For the last 9 years, I have spent my whole working career working with little ones in nursery’s and as a nanny which I have adored every second of.
I am excited to welcome families in to my home from home setting.
My Experience
I pride myself in having always provided a safe, happy and loving environment to every single child in my care for the last 9 years.
I love supporting these precious little ones in ways in which helps them understand the world in their own unique way. Through communication, praise, encouragement, teaching and providing a welcoming environment for all.
At Hannah’s little honeys fun is never far from reach.
I will be providing enriching activities daily from painting, drawing, arts and crafts, bug hunts, baking, model making, number games, lots of books for reading and much more.
Outdoor play is a big love of mine and with my own lovely sized, secure garden, I am able to provide outdoor play no matter the weather.
We also have beautiful walks and local parks in the area to explore nature and the outside world.

Having Hannah as our childminder for our 1 year old has been amazing, she’s so kind and caring and treats the children as her own! She’s always coming up with great ideas to do with our little one and producing lovely meals. Hannah slotted straight in with our family routine well. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask of Hannah & we’d constantly recommend her to anyone else looking for childcare! She became part of the family instantly, and loved our little boy dearly.

Hannah is a deeply caring person who loves nurturing and raising children. In the year she worked with us she became a part of our family life. We are still in touch with her, due to the special bond she has with our children. I would recommend her to anyone with complex family logistics who wants to bring a steady, loving support to the their family life.

Hannah has been an absolute god send to us as we moved to a new town and juggled the chaos of 3 kids, 2 schools, activities, camps, doctors appts, play dates…. My 3 kids settled with Hannah almost instantly and have been at ease with her from day 1. I’ve never seen Hannah flustered or without anything but a smile while taking care of our 18month old, and helping to juggle our 3 and 5 year old. We couldn’t recommend her enough and are so happy to have met her.

Hannah has been with us for nearly a year now and we love her like she is part of the family. The idea of having a nanny seemed so alien to me and I was terrified when we started looking but Hannah came into our lives and we haven’t looked back since. Hannah looked after our youngest daughter from 4 months and our eldest was 1 year. Hannah swooped in and loved our girls like they were her own. Juggling two under 14 months isn’t easy at the best of times but Hannah made it look effortless and my girls love her so much. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Hannah in their children’s lives has bagged a real life Mary Poppins x
