About Me

Hello,my name is Tacha. I am looking for a new role as my current nanny girl (20 months) will starting full time nursery. I started my current job when the little girl was 6 weeks old (1day a week), then 3 days when she was 4.5 months old

I am a friendly and calm practitioner. I love working with people. I am able to work both individually and as part of a team.

I believe that communication is the key to success and would always consult with the parents before I do something new. I love seeing children develop and grow into their own person and enjoy providing a range of stimulating and fun activities for all ages. I understand that routine and consistency is very import for both babies and children and I would ensure your chosen routine is kept in place. I also appreciate the need to be flexible. I have worked with 6 weeks-12 year olds. I have worked in nurseries for 16 years on and off and currently still do agency work on a Monday and Friday, so I’m very familiar with different ages and stages. I have nannied for 9 years with different families. I am able to adapt to families individual needs.

I have been in my current role since the little girl was 6 weeks old. I helped to wean her and followed the routine of the parents . She is now a very happy and confident toddler.

I have a full uk licence with no points. I am level 3 qualified in childcare and education, I also have an up to date first aid certificate. I hold an enhanced DBS check and am on the update service.
