About Me
My name is Hasna and I am 34 years old. I am married and have three children of my own who are 7, 4, and 3 months old I have always had a passion for working with children and always knew this is what I wanted to do from a young age. After leaving school I went on to college to study my level 2 & 3 in childcare and then my level 5 whilst working full time in a nursery as a deputy manager. Currently I am on maternity leave and hoped I could rejoin a new family to share my love for children with.
I am a fun, loving and bubbly person with a big heart and lots of love to offer. I very much enjoy seeing children grow and develop and seeing them do what they are best at doing.. being kids! I'm young at heart and this is what makes working with children more fun as I too have fun with them! In my spare time I enjoy spending it with family and friends and making the most of every moment spent together! I also enjoy swimming, sight seeing and holidays!
My Experience
I have had 10+ years of experience with working with children as well as having my own daughter. Before having my eldest daughter I was a deputy manager of a nursery setting and had been in a manager position since the age of 21. I then went on to nannying 3 days a week for a lovely family but unfortunately had to leave due to moving back to Croydon. I then went back to a nursery setting as a deputy manager again. I have worked with children from 0 months to 5 years of age as well as lead physical education lessons with children in reception, year 1 and 2. I have had numerous amount of training around child care such as paediatric first aid, safe guarding level 1 & 2, behaviour management and training on the Early Years Foundation Stage. I can confidently plan for children of all ages to develop them as well as encourage learning and experience, not to mention fun activities too! On a weekly basis I planned age appropriate activities for children, carried out observations and linked them to the Early Years Foundation Stage.

We got in touch with Hasna as we were looking for a nanny to look after our 18-month-old son for one day a week. We liked the look of her profile and after meeting immediately felt happy and at ease in her presence. Let me just say from the top that Hasna has been an absolute DREAM of a nanny. My partner works from home and before Hasna we hadn't left our son in anyone's care. Not only was she incredibly warm, natural and caring towards him, she immediately set our minds at rest with her experience, calmness, knowledge and good humour. Our son has also loved and benefitted hugely from having Hasna's lovely daughter to play with. It has taught him so much about sharing and after just a few weeks he started emulating her kindness and her linguistic dexterity!
We feel truly lucky to have found Hasna and only regret that we aren't able to offer her a a full-time position. Whoever is able to, we feel sure, will be getting a wonderful nanny. We just wish it was us!

Hasna is the first nanny we hired, and we feel so lucky to have found her - she is amazing!
We totally clicked when we first met, and her experience gave us confidence as she had worked in a nursery for 10 years, including managing the baby room.
She started working for us when our son was 9 months old, and she brought her daughter who was a month older. Not having ever hired a nanny before, we had no idea what to expect, but it worked even better than we could have hoped.
Hasna describes herself as an 'early years geek', so she follows the suggested curriculum for that age, and I think it is because of this that we have seen our son flourish under her care. My favourite thing is her creativity (probably because I am the least creative person ever!), as my son now loves to draw and paint. Without wanting to spoil the surprise, each of your birthdays/Christmas/etc. she makes things with them (e.g. clay hand & foot prints or beautiful cards), which was so incredibly thoughtful and always appreciated.
Her daughter is also absolutely brilliant, and I loved that our son benefited from the social element of being around her daughter too. They have brought each other on in different ways which is amazing to see.
I wish we could move with Hasna & her daughter as we couldn't wish for anyone better. She will be missed!
