About Me

Hi! I'm Jess and I’m 29. I live in Cranbrook and I’m a childminder at Little Daisies Childminding!

I’m open Monday-Thursday, 7:30-5:30, all year round.

I've always loved looking after children, after growing up with younger siblings and cousins all around me. I started doing babysitting when I was about 14, and realised then that I wanted to pursue a career in childcare.

I’ve been working with children under 5 for the last 11 years, and am loving my new adventure as a childminder.

My Experience

My official childcare experience is that I have worked in nurseries for 11 years and now have my own childminding business.

I have some experience working with newborns, and a lot of experience of working with toddlers and preschool age children.

My Qualifications

I am now a registered childminder as I have completed my Ofsted registration. I got my NVQ Level 3 in childcare 8 years ago, and renewed my Pediatric First Aid qualification last summer. I am DBS checked, and have a current food hygiene qualification too
