Lola has been working for me since the beginning of the year and was a saviour during lockdown! I have 3 little boys who are 4, 2.5 & 18 months old. It is a tough job as far as nannying goes with the kids being so young with very short age gaps and different needs. Lola has a very maternal nature so the kids bonded very quickly with her and they love spending time with her. She is also very confident and good with discipline which I think the kids really respond to. It is really helpful that she has a car as she does the school run and is able to be out and about with the little ones. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Lola, she has a lot of experience working in nurseries and as a nanny in the past with lots of different age groups and this is evident when she is working with the kids.
