Choosing childcare felt like such a huge decision for us as our son started with Louise from just 9 months old, and I remember finding it really hard leaving him in those early days.

From the very beginning he settled so quickly and it was obvious how loved, safe and cared for all the children are. Louise genuinely treats every child as an individual and you can tell how much she cares. Our son can be a bit fussy with food and she has always been so accommodating and patient with him which we’ve really appreciated.

Her setting feels like a real home away from home and every day he comes home happy and content. We absolutely love getting the updates and photos during the day too. It makes such a difference seeing what he’s been up to and knowing he’s having such a lovely time.

One thing that’s really stood out to us is the effort she puts into planning activities. She always comes up with such lovely, creative ideas and there’s so much thought behind everything she does. It’s not just keeping the children busy, everything feels really engaging and educational while still being fun. We love seeing all the different things they get up to and it’s been so lovely watching our son learn, explore and experience things we probably wouldn’t even think to do at home.

She’s also been such a great source of support and advice as a first time mum. Louise has so much experience and knowledge and I’ve genuinely learnt so much from her. Whether it’s little suggestions, reassurance or sharing what works well, she always does it in such a supportive and caring way and it honestly feels like she’s in your corner.

What’s been especially lovely to see is how much he’s come on since being there. His confidence has grown so much and it’s clear he feels secure and happy in her care. You can tell Louise puts so much thought and effort into creating a really special environment for the children and it never feels like “just childcare”.

She has made going back to work so much easier because I never spend the day worrying. Instead, I know he’s being cuddled, encouraged, looked after and having fun.

As a mum there is nothing more valuable than feeling completely comfortable leaving your child somewhere and that’s exactly how we feel. We know he is in the safest hands and that peace of mind means everything. We genuinely feel so lucky to have found Louise and her assistants. Finding childcare like this feels rare and we’re grateful every day that we chose her.
