We were in the area for a close family funeral and wanted to ensure we got the right person to mind our two children (4 and 2 years). Melanie was prepared to meet us the day before and fit in with our schedule. She has many years of experience plus two children of her own. She came across as a very calm and caring person and on the day of looking after them, my daughter had a temperature and I quickly texted her as forgot my thermometer, she brought this plus calpol at short notice which greatly put my mind at rest. My children enjoyed her company and I felt very comfortable leaving them with her. I would recommend Melanie and would definitely be in touch with her if in the area again and we need childcare.
