I am a proud Nana to 9 children the youngest being 14 weeks old.
I feel that I am friendly, supportive, have a good sense of humour, love nature and doing craft activities. I Also love music and singing but I am not very good at it. When my children were growing up I was a Childminder for a newborn upto 11 years of age. also I can provide excellent references.
My Experience
I have over 30 years experience in early years , I am a qualified teacher, with NVQ L3 in Childcare. I have been a Deputy Manager within a Nursery School and Childrens Centres. I have SEN training and experience, also Paediatric First Aid training. I have a DBS check. As a retired teacher I could help with homework.

Shirley took care of 4 toddlers 1-3 at my brother-in-law’s wedding. She was great with the kids, super attentive and played with them. Put them all to bed and stayed with them until the reception was over. I would highly recommend her.

Very lovely lady, highly professional in what she is doing. At first meeting brought all the certificates and documents to evidence her capabilities and background. Easy going, bright minded, highly intelligent. Our son loved her at first sight. We used Shirley for few times when going out with partner, evenings. Would use her service again when needed, would recommend to all parents.
