My Experience

I've been working in Childcare for 30 years.

I've looked after children from all ages from 3 months to 12 years old in my home setting.
I've had experience in being a nanny,childminder and working in nurseries throughout the past 30 years.

II take into account the ages of the children and impliment the activities and learning goals relevant to
their ages.

The welfare of the children is paramount and all neccesary care is provided to meet the individual childs needs. As they develop and gain more indepedence they are allowed to be more proactive in aserting their awareness of themselves.

I encourage the children to use more challenging activites to promote their fine motor and gross motor skills.

I know the children in my care are learning and enjoying the activities that I provide because they participate fully and are reluctant to end what they are doing at any given time, this tells me that my provision is of a high standard and the children are thriving. The feed back that I receive from parents is positive and encourages me to continue in the fashion that I am currently at.

NVQ3 in childcare,
CRB Checked
Advanced Child protection.
First Aid
Recognition of Anaphylaxis and use of Epipen auto-injector
EYFS 1&2
Makaton workshop
Managing childrens behaviour 0-5 years
Food safetly catering level 2
Childminder roadshow workshop

My Availability

I am Currently available Monday to Thursday's from 7 am-7pm

My Fees

• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)
