We feel very lucky to have found Juliette to help look after our son. In the fifteen months she has been working for us, she has always been flexible and ready to adapt to our family's needs. She is confident with looking after our son yet always willing to work with us with respect to his care. She has readily suggested activities and new places to go, ensuring he has had exposure to a wide range of activities, while also respecting the need for downtime at home where needed. Throughout the whole time we have worked with her, Juliette has been extremely reliable and very organised and the whole family has also appreciated her calm and friendly presence! Above all, she has looked after our son with a well-balanced, nurturing approach and with the utmost patience and we have seen him thrive with her care.
