Hi there my name is Iesha, I am 33 years old and a proud mother of one. I have a real passion for childcare with over 10 years experience. In addition, I have over 6 years experience with special needs. I am a very fun, bubbly, patient Nanny who is always planning fun stimulating activities to support each child’s individual needs. I have recently achieved a degree in Early Childhood Studies to deepen my knowledge on providing quality childcare for all children.
My Experience
Firstly, I achieved a Level 3 in Childcare in 2010. I worked in a private day care nursery covering ages 0-5 years old. I became Room Leader and made my way up to Deputy Manager. In 2014, I became a mother of my own and worked part time as a respite worker for children with special needs.

This was my first experience having someone outside of the family look after my son and it couldn’t have gone better. Lashajor immediately made Noah feel completely comfortable and she was able to entertain him the whole time leaving me free to work knowing Noah was happy and in good hands. I feel very grateful to have met Leshajor and had such a positive experience. I would be glad to have her watch Noah anytime and would highly reccomend her.
