About Me
I am a qualified teacher in Performing Arts with 7 years experience working in schools as a teacher and mentor. I have worked as a nanny for 3 families. I also have 14 years experience in working part time with children with special needs from age 4-18 where creativity, patience and empathy are vital qualities.
I now have a daughter of my own, born in August 2022, which is why I feel childminding will work best now. I’m hoping to find children who can enjoy going on little adventures with us and can grow up alongside my daughter.
My Experience
In previous nanny roles I have looked after children aged one to six years. I love spending active time with children and being out and about exploring together. Activities I have done with children I’ve looked after in the past include taking them to sports clubs, music/action clubs, going to the park for a kickabout and for bike and scooter rides. Also swimming, baking, walking, exploring in the forest, visiting museums, doing crafts and many more fun activities. I arranged playdates and prepared healthy meals for the children and took the lead on potty training.
My Qualifications
GCSEs, A Levels, BA Hons Degree, Qualified Teacher Status, Full paediatric first aid
My Availability
I am available for school pick ups and after school childminding on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m located between Westdene Primary School and Patcham Junior School so would be happy to pick up from either.
I have a space for a longer day on Tuesday/Wednesday.
Childminding: £7 per hour
Nannying: £14 per hour
Evening/weekend babysitting: £12 per hour

Liz is a fantastic Nanny. She is a calm, kind, incredibly patient and caring person who is also creative and playful. She is also punctual, communicative and flexible. I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an attentive, caring Nanny for their child / children. My son is 20 months old and calls out her name on a regular basis when she is not around, if that isn't testament to how good she is then I don't know what is!
