My Summary

My Experience

I have worked in two Montessori inspired nurseries over 7 years and being the room leader in my last work place

In both settings I was a key worker for the setting and planning and setting activities for the children in our care.

I currently work as a teaching assistant within a primary school in year 2 and year 3


I have consistently babysat for a variety of families with children ageing from 12 months- 8 years and have built good relationships with them and their parents/ carers. During this I bathe and change the children, preparing meals, picking up and taking home from after school clubs, interacting with the children and following night time and daytime routines including
putting them to bed and feeding them lunch/ dinner.

I have experience with EAL and SEND children through my work and I also provided rest bite care for a child with Down's syndrome from the ages of 7-11. I made a close bond with him and used simple Makaton signs to communicate with him and recognising this sounds and simple words in order to meet his requests and questions. I was also required to bathe him, change him, prepare food for him and put him to sleep

My Qualifications

14 GCSE's A*-C including English and Maths

CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education

Level 5 Foundation Degree in Early Years

Up to date First Aid qualifications

Taster Makaton Course

My Availability

My availability will be Monday- Friday from 5:30pm and Saturdays and Sunday I can do evenings from 5pm. I work in a school I am available to work during school holidays upon request

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
• Nannying from £11.00 per hour (gross)
