Amazing

My little boy started here in the baby room (caterpillars) in January of this year. He had never been left with anyone before I was super nervous however he settled immediately the staff were so warm and welcoming and have a lovely little routine that staff have always kept me updated about. They have an online app that tells me when he has slept, nappy changes etc. He does lots of fun activities and plays outside everyday too. The rooms he is in doesn’t hold an overwhelming amount of children so it gives a real homely feeling knowing the staff can give each children the time and attention they need.
My son’s speech has come on so much since he has started he is now singing full nursery rhymes too, he loves the music and movement sessions they do every day!
The staff are constantly sat with the children and engaging them in activities they know my son so well and keep me updated on what they will be working on with him next. The management team are super friendly too they are really easy to talk to and are happy to answer any queries… it’s great to see managers who actually come in the rooms and play with the children!

Exceptional Team

RKS BrightSparks is absolutely wonderful!

My son has been attending RKS BrightSparks since 2024, and it has been such a joy to see him thrive here. From day one, he has loved every moment; he always talks about how much he enjoys the environment, and you can tell he feels happy, safe, and excited to go in each day.

The staff are truly exceptional. They are so kind, attentive, patient, and caring; they don’t just look after my little one, they genuinely nurture him. They know every child individually, support their unique needs, and make learning and play fun and meaningful. My little one is an extremely picky eater and they have continue to support him and I have seen tremendous improvements.

Over these years, my son has grown so much; socially, emotionally, and in his confidence and skills. I can see how much he has learned and developed, and that is all thanks to the wonderful team here.

I couldn’t recommend RKS BrightSparks enough. It’s more than just a nursery, it’s a warm, loving second home, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

Wonderful setting

My LB started at the setting in January 2025.

I have had a personal struggle in leaving him in any setting however knew this was the right place for him from the start.

I couldn’t be happier with this nursery. The staff are truly kind, compassionate, and caring, and they create such a warm and nurturing environment for the children. From day one, they made our LB feel safe, happy, and valued, which gave so much reassurance as a parent.

The team genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development, and it shows in everything they do. They are patient, attentive, and always go above and beyond to support both the children and their families.

We are incredibly grateful for all the love, care, and dedication they show, and we would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe and supportive place for their child.
