My name is Megan, I am 34 years old from St Austell. I would describe myself as a fun, calm & caring person.
I have 12+ years experience of working with children ages 2-17 years.
I hold a full clean driving licence.
I have been lucky enough to travel the world & look after children whilst doing this.
I enjoy the outdoors but also enjoy creative activities & baking. I'm always happy to go out & about and to arrange lots of fun things to do! If there's any light household chores such as cleaning etc I can do this.
I also love animals so if you have any this wouldn't be a problem.
Unfortunately I am not childminder or ofsted registered.
My Experience
I worked at a pre school from 2006-2013 where I did an apprenticeship and then completed my level 2 & 3 in childcare. During this time I was also in charge of a after school/holiday club for children aged 4-11 years old where I planned fun/safe activities and trips during after school & holiday times.
After leaving my job in 2013 I gained a job working cruise ships for the P&O & Cunard fleet. Which involved me working away 6 months at a time. During my time of working away I supervised children from ages 2-17 years old. Where I ran activities & made sure the children had the best holiday possible.
I also used to be a nanny for a year and a half for a family in Cornwall. My role included taking and dropping off the children to school, light housework, cooking meals for the children and taking them to their clubs such as swimming, running club etc.
