I have been working in my current position since September 2025. Now the children’s routine is changing I am no longer needed and it seemed natural to make the change at the end of the summer holidays 2026.

My Experience
I am a fully qualified NNEB Nursery Nurse.
I have 30 years sole charge experience working with children 0-10 years. Experienced with babies and twins.
I am very interested in children's art & craft, music and sport and use these skills as I work, with age appropriate activities throughout the year.
I always maintain a good routine and a calm and nurturing environment, working closely with all my families.
Other skills.
I have always been involved in sporting activities and over the last 30 years have been a keen ice skater, coaching children and adults in short track speed skating and general skating.
Nature photography is an interest I share with my husband.
I enjoy birdwatching, spending weekends and holidays at reserves around the country with my spotting scope and camera at the ready.
Art and craft is also a passion.
During my working week I have always used these skills to enhance and enrich my children's experiences.

Danielle has worked for our family for five years. She has looked after our son from the age of 1y3m to his current age 6, and our daughter from birth to almost age 4. She has been an exceptional carer for our children and we will all be so sad to see her go. She has an incredibly kind and gentle manner while also managing to be firm and hold boundaries with a consistent routine, enabling the children to completely trust and respect her. She has always had their wellbeing and development in mind at every stage of their lives through babies, toddlers and as young children preparing to start school.
She takes them on many trips out and our children have learnt a huge amount about nature thanks to Danielle’s love of plants and birds which she has passed on to them. She also takes them to regular classes as well as weekly visits to playgrounds and the riverside. The children have also immensely enjoyed all the arts and crafts she has done with them over the years which are proudly displayed all over our house.
We wholeheartedly recommend Danielle as a nanny and any family would be very lucky to have her looking after their children.
