About Me
I originate from Runcorn Cheshire but have lived in Surrey for over 30 years and I come from a family of 5 children.
I have lots of experience of working with babies ,preschool and school aged children.
I spent time in America working on children's summer camps in the state of Illinois and Michigan.
I also lived with two families as their au pair in Philadelphia.
Since living in Surrey I have worked with several families as a live in nanny and a daily nanny .
Before this period of time, I worked in the hospitality sector .
I have been married to Michael for 25 years and we have two lovely daughters aged 24 & 20 years old .
I have worked as a registered childminder from 2010 to 2020 and I have worked by myself within my own home setting .
From June 2021 , I worked on a Friday as a daily nanny for 2 young boys aged 5 & 2 years of age. This position came to a natural end because their child care requirements changed .
From February 2022 to February 2024, I have worked 3 days per week with a lovely family of 4 children in New Malden, the family have moved to a different area & hence I am looking for employment.
My Experience
I have worked with several families as their live in and daily nanny before becoming a registered childminder with Ofsted in 2010 .
Since then I have had the pleasure of looking after lots of children,from babies,toddlers, school aged children and pre teens .
I have excellent references from parents who's children I have looked after and I remain a personal friend with lots of them.
My Qualifications
Introducing childminding practice-Cache level 3 -dated January 2004
All my childcare qualifications are up to date and whenever possible I attend relevant courses to enhance my understanding and knowledge within this area .
My Availability
At the moment I am available for work & ideally looking for a part time position, local to Motspur park area .

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
Depending on your requirements as a babysitter ,times ,dates, how many hours etc ... My rates will vary from £12.50 t o £15 per hour
