About Me
I am a CIW registered childminder and live in a large house with equally large garden about a half mile from Burry Port harbor and beach. I have one daughter born August 2015 and attend local playgroups and toddler groups in the community.I have vacancies for 9 children and offer a flexible service with varied activities catering to the likes and dislikes of individual children wherever possible.
I aim to provide children with a home from home experience where they can feel relaxed and enjoy learning through play,I have two dedicated playrooms with age appropriate toys,books and equipment and am always adding to my resources.
I love creating fun activities for children and watching them learn new things and I also have a keen interest in child development which I studied whilst doing a Psychology diploma.
I love the outdoors and have a small non allergy dog which I often take walking with the children to local beaches,or rambling along explorer routes.
I cook meals from scratch and research nutritious recipes that children find tasty and satisfying whilst providing them with their 5 a day.
I strive to provide parents with an informative service with an emphasis on regular updates on their child's progress.
I am a Welsh speaker and offer a Bilingual service which includes reading with your child in Welsh and helping them with their Welsh homework.I can also pick up from local nurseries and schools in Burry Port.
