About Me

Hi - I am a former paediatric nurse and have been childminding for 13 years now whilst being a stay-at-home mum for my own two sons who are now grown up.
We have a lovely house and secure garden with sand and water tables, a play house and a toddler climbing frame and slide. I use my living room, dining room and kitchen for childminding so there is a real home-from-home atmosphere and plenty of space for toys, games and messy play.
I take the children out regularly to the library, toddler groups and various local parks and I meet with other childminders and their children.

My Experience

I worked for the NHS for 14 years. As a childminder I have helped over 50 families in just a few years, with several sets of siblings and some emergency care. Previous clients have written lovely testimonials which are available on request.

My Qualifications

I have completed all the statutory courses and keep myself up to date with best practice through regular childminder meetings, webinars and independent study. I hold a degree in Children’s Nursing.

My Availability

My Fees

  • Childminding from £8.00 per hour

I am open in term time from 08.00-17.00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Funding can be used from 9am-4.30pm in term time for eligible children.
I am open to my current children for ad hoc holiday days.
