About Me
I am a caring and enthusiastic childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, confidence and development. I enjoy creating a positive, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable, supported and motivated to learn.
I have a university background and I am passionate about education, with the long-term goal of becoming a primary school teacher. I am particularly interested in helping children develop their reading, English skills, confidence and independence through personalised support.
My approach is warm, patient and child-focused. I believe every child learns differently, and I enjoy finding ways to make learning engaging and enjoyable.
My Experience
I have experience working as a nanny, where I supported children with their daily routines, homework, educational activities and personal development. This experience helped me develop strong skills in communication, patience, organisation and understanding children’s individual needs.
More recently, I have been volunteering with Bookmark, supporting children with their reading and helping them build confidence and enjoyment in literacy. This has given me valuable experience within a school environment and strengthened my understanding of supporting children’s learning.
I am also a School Governor, which has provided me with further insight into education, safeguarding and the importance of creating a supportive environment for children to thrive.
I can support children with primary English, reading, homework, school readiness and general learning activities. I aim to provide a friendly and encouraging experience that helps children grow in confidence and reach their potential.
My Qualifications
I hold a Master’s degree and have completed a Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People, covering child development, safeguarding and safe working practices.
I also have an Enhanced DBS check and understand the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment for children.

We hired Anita for a few months after our baby was born, to help with various tasks around the house. This included dealing with laundry, washing up, sterilising bottles, tidying up, and assisting with the baby when needed.
Anita is reliable and conscientious, with a bubbly personality. She is willing to help in any way she can, for example when we asked for her assistance during our house move.
We would recommend Anita to other families looking for household help.

I was very impressed with Anita from the start for the simple reason that she instantly responded to my query and seemed genuine.She adapted to my son's needs fairly quickly and was confident working with him.
I would definitely recommend her.

I love working with Anita. She is very attentive to my child's needs. from the outset, i set a very strict timetable for Anita, for which she was able to stick to the dot. She was also always there when our main nanny fell ill and only required a warning a day in advance.
She is also physically very fit which in our situation is very beneficial for the safety of babes. Sofia is learning how to walk and she crawls everywhere. In a moment, she can be in another room, climbing the sofa. Luckily, Anita is always there as well.
Anita also became a friend of mine and we share lots of jokes together. We will miss you Anita and hopefully you will find a good family for yourself when you are in London.
