Hasn't turned up for appointment

Hasn't turned up for appointment. Even called her on that day and sent Text message regarding the confirmation.

We had to wait for more than an hour with my daughter; she didn't respond to any calls/messages while we were waiting for her. I didn't get any message/calls after that as well.

Highly unreliable for childcare.
