My Experience

My first experience as a baby-sitting was in Poland with little Natalia (3 years old). I was creating fun, secure and safe activities. Ensuring all personal needs are met.
When I was 13 I moved to Belgium with my parents. I learned French there.
Once my french was a high level I was supporting other polish children to learn the language.
I was taking care also of three little boys (6 years, 5 years and 2 years). I was preparing the food, I was preparing different engaging activities to support their development, I was helping with homework. I had a very good relationship with children and parents.
In the past three years I was working in the Montessori nursery as a room manager. I was working with toddlers, but I have also experience with babies and older children. As a room manager I had to provide a friendly and caring environment to encourage and develop children in our care. I supervised the staff. I needed to make sure daily routine is adhered. I was responsible for the welfare of all children, maintain the ratio in the room, lead planning and the provision of a stimulating range of age- appropriate activities. I was working in a partnership with parents/carers.

My Qualifications

Polish-French-English speaker, a highly motivated and ambitious individual able to give timely and accurate advice, guidance and support. Possessing experience as a team manager and having ability to work with the minimum of supervision. Looking forward for new opportunities. I work well under pressure.

My Availability

I’m available Saturdy, Sunday and Friday evening.
