I'm looking for a babysitter with experience of caring for autistic children, neurodivergent affirming, and gentle with communication.
It will be at home and I Just need a few hours a week, doesn’t need to be weekly, mainly to let them chat to you about special interests and sort drinks/snacks! Whilst I catch up on jobs or pop to the gym. They’ll entertain themselves on iPad/reading/lego - ideally someone that can engage with them alongside their activities.
No personal care or challenging behaviour.
They do need someone that has a good level of understanding of ASC and be respectful of that.
Needs to be Ofsted registered and takes childcare vouchers.
