Fantastic Fun and Flexible Childcare from Mill!

We came to Mill at short notice and really lucked out. Our toddler took to going to Mill's very quickly and was always well fed, well napped and happy at pick-up. She loved having care and attention from Mill in a smaller setting, as well as the chance to play with others her age and go on fun excursions to city farms, play groups, parks and more. Mill kept us up to date with her progress, messaging us with what they had been up to that day, what and how much she had eaten, how much she had slept, where they had gone and what educational worth activities had - as well as all the fun. Mill really helped us out and helped our little one grow in experience and confidence. She was accommodating of our haphazard schedule, agreeing to occassional days after a regular routine that fit around nursery. Thank you so much Mill!

An Exceptional Childminder! 5-Star Care!

We couldn’t be happier with the care Milleshar provides for our daughter, Alba. From the very beginning, it has been clear how much dedication, warmth, and professionalism she brings to her work. Alba is truly thriving—she is happy, confident, and developing so well, which gives us immense peace of mind.

We especially love the variety of experiences Milleshar provides. She is always taking Alba to wonderful places like the park, soft play, and playgroups, and even to see farm animals! These outings and different environments have been brilliant for Alba's social skills and curiosity.

The communication is also outstanding. We love receiving the daily reports, photos, and videos, which allow us to feel connected to her day. The detailed learning and development records also help us track Alba’s milestones and see exactly how she is progressing. Milleshar creates such a nurturing and engaging environment, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her. We would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a top-quality, caring childminder!

A fantastic childminder who truly cares

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Milleshar as our childcare provider. She is incredibly reliable, which gives us real peace of mind day to day. One of the things we appreciate most is the thoughtful updates she sends—daily messages along with lovely photos that help us feel connected to our child’s experiences while we’re apart. We love seeing the wide range of outings, learning activities, and play that Milleshar plans for the children, including trips to parks, city farms, and libraries. She considers each child’s needs and plans accordingly, and our child is engaged, happy, and very well fed when we collect her.
Milleshar also provides a detailed learning journey and a booklet documenting our child’s development. This is a very meaningful touch—not only does it show the care and attention she puts into supporting learning, but it’s also a beautiful piece of memorabilia that we’ll treasure as our child grows, even including printed out pictures!
Milleshar genuinely cares for the children in her care, and we are delighted at how affectionate our child has become towards her. Milleshar’s warmth and attentiveness comes through in everything she does, and we feel very lucky to have found her.

Experience with Mel Childminding

Thank you for the detailed report on Timi’s progress as well as all the care and support.

Timi bonded well with Mel, as she understood him and how to mange him. 
Timi always looked forward to going with Mel every morning,

They went to various parks, kids group, and he enjoyed every bit of it.

His needs were considered and not neglected or over looked.

Mel sends daily updates including pictures of activities, food eaten, all relevant care in the day, to help busy parents have an overview of their child's day

TIMi has now moved on to Nursery and still asks in the morning if he was going to Mel's setting.

My son is picky with food, but would still get his preference of food for him.
