I took Lou Ann work me on a trip to York as extra support as my son has additional needs.This was her first time with the children and she did an amazing job. She built relationships with them really fast but also paid attention to every detail. At the end of the trip, she felt like part of the family. I would truly recommend Lou-Ann for babysitting.She’s fast becoming a regular with my family.

She truly is outstanding at what she does . I would recommend her to anyone . She made herself available at short notice and kept me up to date with updates throughout the day . If there were a score out of 10 I would give her 10/10. She catered to his dietary needs and his special needs . My son settled like he was a regular .
