Lauren worked for us for 3 years looking after my 7 year old twins and 3 year old. Lauren was our very own Mary Poppins. My husband I are both teachers meaning Lauren was sole charge. One of my children was diagnosed at this point with ASD. Lauren took this in her stride and worked collaboratively with me to support him. Lauren was responsible for school runs, meals, running them to clubs afternoon playmates and managing the general chaos of a busy family home. Lauren became, and still is, one of the family. Lauren only left us when she was wanting nursery experience and mine were now all at school. Lauren would be an asset to any family.
