About Me

My name is Debbie Watson and i am 34. I have two boys who are 13 and 7.

I am a warm and friendly person, very reliable and trustworthy. I love cooking and baking. I enjoy going bike riding with my husband and my boys, long family walks and playing at the park. I can play the accordion and I dabble with the electric guitar.

I am registered as a Childminder with the Care Inspectorate, I am also a member of The Scottish Childminding Association.

My Experience

Having two children of my own has given me lots of hands on experience and I am ready to put it all to good use.
Before having my own children, I worked in a private nursery with babies 6 weeks to 1 year. Also as part of my Nc/Hnc training i did work placement in school and nursery, which really gave me a great insight into the education side of children's development.

My Qualifications

I obtained an NC/HNC in Childcare and Education in 2005.I have An up-to-date First Aid certificate.

My Availability

I have 2 places available and i am open from 7 am to 5.30 pm Tuesday to Thursday, before and after school. My catchment area is for Smithton Primary school.
Also 9.30am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.

My Fees

Childminding from £4.50 per hour

My fees are £4.50 an hour with a 50p discount on siblings.
This includes Breakfast, snacks and drinks, entry to toddler group, normal outings/activities.

My Local Schools

I provide drop offs and pick ups at Smithton Primary School
