Sadika looked after our son from the age of 8 months until he was 3 years old, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful childminder.

From the very beginning, her home felt exactly that—a home. Dropping our son off never felt like leaving him at a childcare setting; it felt like leaving him with family. He absolutely loved being there. There was never a single day when he wasn’t excited to go, and most mornings he would run straight in without even looking back at me.

He also seemed to eat better for Sadika than he ever did at home, and I’m fairly sure he preferred the cooking there to anyone else’s.

What says the most, though, is that even two years after leaving, he still talks about “Deeka” all the time and regularly asks when he can go and see her. The love, care and security she gave him during those early years clearly left a lasting impression.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Sadika and will always be grateful for the nurturing, family-like environment she provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any family. (In fact I already have! )
