My Requirements

Ideally looking for some-one full-time to join our busy household and provide 'Mothers help', as both kids at school but with new one on the way we are about to go back into baby chaos!! So it might be help older kids with dinner/ home-work etc whilst mother with baby or the reverse and be more with baby whilst I'm able to help older kids. Happy to undertake sole charge once baby old enough would be a bonus, as would be great to have the odd night babysitting etc however our first goal is to sort day care. Ideally looking for someone who is happy to undertake whatever is necessary within the household eg some daily tasks could be meal prep, tidying up, light cleaning, laundry when kids are out (at school) or napping (baby).
For the right candidate we can offer live in (self contained flat) but also happy with someone live-out. We are in a rural setting so ability to drive essential. Would love to find someone who enjoys being outside and encourages outdoor play with the kids. Also focuses on helping with/ maintaining core skills such as table manners, reading/ writing, kindness/ sharing etc and is loving and encouraging to the children.
Interest in and ability to travel is a bonus as in past we have had a nanny who travelled with us and that worked very well, though not essential.
Would also consider anyone who is looking for part-time or just certain days as we are currently without support (haven't had a nanny since youngest was 2) and personality is very important for a good fit, our kids are very loving and see anyone within the home as a real extension of the family.
Good sense of humour and love of music very useful as both kids love to have songs playing in the background.
Experience with horses / chickens a bonus as we have on site but definitely not essential.
