My name is Nicola and I am50 years old and I live in plasmarl Swansea,I have one child born in 2011 and a friendly cat,I have been a mental health support worker for twelve years ,I have two years experience working in a nursery which I loved so much,I love being with children and I am passionate about children's learning and development,we are an outdoor kind of family and love visiting the beach or just going for long walks looking for wildlife,I am a responsible caring person and I want each child to feel welcomed and relaxed as possible in my home,I'm one of four siblings and I have 9 nieces and nephews that are with me a lot at the weekend.i'm very family orientated and love being with my daughter and my family ,I also have a clean driving licence with no points,
My Experience
I have worked for 15 years in a residential setting supporting adults with learning disabilities ,mental health issues ,also autism,I have often worked as a shift leader and I think fast on my feet,I also have two years experience of working in a nursery,also in an autistic unit,I am a very caring person and understand how difficult it can be to find reliable childcare as my daughter also had a childminder to enable myself to work ,before i became a childminder,i am registered with CIW I have been childminding in my hme for two years and can say im really enjoying my work as a registered childminder .No two days are the same and we do different activities every day.We visit local playgroups in the day with my younger children and when possible my after school children and i visit the park and mcdonalds as a treat or e take a picnic to the park after school and i let the children destress ,i am trained in first aid,autism awareness,safe guarding,mental health,basic welsh,learning disability,food hygiene,and many more ,I now work as a teaching assistant part time so have plenty of time to babysit outside school hours ,

Nicky is an absolute legend she looks after my daughter Kendra and she upsolutely adores her,she treats the kids like her own,and is fabulous at what she does,wish i found her sooner but iam blown away with her services,.if u want a good childminder give her ago and u will never be dissapointed❤️❤️❤️🙌🏾🙌🏾💕
