Hi, I'm Ella and I'm from Tunbridge Wells. I've been working with children for the past 15 years and see myself as a hard working, trustworthy person. I am currently looking for a family who are open for me to bring my almost 2 year old daughter with me . I have been doing this with her since she was teeny and she makes a great play buddy.
One of my main interests is fitness- I love running! I firmly believe the importance of children being active, getting out and about and experiencing all weathers. I once read an article that stuck out to me. "Go out in all weathers, dress for it well and make this a normal thing for you and your children. They'll grow resilient, adaptable, creative, positive and more aware. Remember, children grow up healthy all over the world; in the Arctic, in deserts and in the tropics, and they do just fine". So true!
I also enjoy doing abit of crochet when I have a spare minute!

My Experience
I began as an evening babysitter and mother's help when I was still at school. I then got a job in a nursery for five years with varying roles from working in the after school club to being room leader of the 2-3 year olds room . Then since then I've worked in a preschool setting, a Teaching Assisrant and 1:1 in a reception class and nannied for 6 different families.
I also have an 8 year old son ( aswell as my daughter) whom I nannied with when he was little and he has made lifelong friends.
My Qualifications
* Level 3 Cache Diploma in Childcare & Education
*Child Protection Basic Awareness Training
*Getting It Right For Two Year Olds (Course)
*Pediatric Basic Life Support
My Availability
2 or 3 days ideally between school hours (9-3). Of course happy to discuss.
