I'm looking for a childminder or nanny or babysitter to pickup my 7 year old at a primary school in Stretton, Burton on Trent, at 3pm or 4.15pm weekly for 2 days. Also, to stay with him until 6 or 6.30 pm . I am also flexible.
Alternatively, I can arrange for him to be dropped off at the childminder’s setting. This will be 2 days weekly- term time only

Unreliable babysitter. Poor communication

I have had an extremely bad experience with this babysitter/ nanny. She hardly replies to messages or return your phone calls. I hard to continuously chase her several times . Then she said her phone was broke. She provided me with her email address and I have emailed her but it bounced back. On 7 August 2025, I asked her for her availability and she said she will get back to me on the Saturday but she didn’t. I messaged her afterwards but she ignored me. I rang her and she didn’t answer. I have never failed to pay her agreed hourly rate/ wages. One time she left my children at 4pm before I returned back from work.When I return home , my house is so untidy. She doesn’t make an effort like my previous Nanny . I WILL NEVER EMPLOY HER SERVICES AGAIN. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

Amazing Nanny/ Babysitter

Ruby is very professional and kind. She takes care of 2 of my children, 1 which is autism. She has lots of experience which I noticed when she looks after my children. She responds to her messages on time. If most babysitter and Nannies can show a bit of kindness, compassion and professionalism that Ruby has, that would support working parents and single parents and make their lives easier. I felt so comfortable with her and she goes above and beyond to satisfy me. I wish I could have her to babysit my children for more hours when am at work.
I would highly recommend Ruby!
