My Requirements

After School Nanny and Driver, Chelsea SW3
Start: November 2026
Contract: Fixed term to mid December 2027, on an annualised basis
Hours: around 24 hours a week + any babysitting
Holiday: 43 days off, including bank holidays, fixed to family holiday periods (principally Christmas, February half term, Easter and most of August)

About the family
We are a busy professional family in Chelsea with two girls, aged 7 and 9, in Year 3 and Year 5. We are looking for a warm, reliable and organised nanny to run the after school routine and give the girls consistent, engaged care.

Hours
Term time: Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 7:30pm
School holidays, INSET days and long weekends: 8:00am to 6:30pm on scheduled days.
A full schedule of dates is available. Hours vary week to week but average around 25 per week over the contract.

Responsibilities

School pickups from Brook Green, and driving the girls to and from after school activities.
Homework support for Year 3 and Year 5, including explaining maths methods clearly and helping with English grammar, spelling and reading.
Preparing healthy, balanced evening meals from scratch.
Light housekeeping related to the children: tidying the kitchen, keeping the girls' rooms and play areas in order, laundry.
Full days in the holidays: planning activities and outings, and keeping the girls active and engaged.
Clear daily communication with the parents on homework, meals and anything notable.
Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence and confidence driving across central and west London. Driving is essential.
Strong academic foundation, particularly in maths and English, and the patience to explain concepts.
Enhanced DBS check and paediatric first aid (or willingness to obtain).
Good cooking skills with a focus on healthy family food.
Reliable, punctual and able to commit to the full contract through December 2027.

Desirable
background in teaching or tutoring.
