My Experience

With 14 years of professional experience in childcare, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children and their families.
I am genuinely passionate about providing high-quality childcare and enriching play experiences.

I have worked with children aged 9 months to 12 years across a variety of settings including nurseries, schools, breakfast and after-school clubs, and as a sole carer within family homes.
My experience also includes supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and working closely with families to ensure inclusive practice.

My childcare experience includes:

There are local play-school schemes and community groups within easy access, which I attend to help children become socially confident and familiar with the local community.
I keep fully updated with Ofsted requirements and ensure all training is refreshed in a timely manner.
I work closely with parents as the sole carer to monitor and support each child’s progress, ensuring they reach their full potential. I use digital learning journals (previously Kinderly App) to record observations, track development and maintain positive parental engagement.

• Childminding from £10.50 per hour
• Babysitting from £17.50 per hour
