My Experience

I went to college to study childcare and qualified with a N.N.E.B diploma which I then went on to become a Au Pair in America. I was in America for a year, when I came back I was a Nanny for 10 years, Then after having my own child I became a registered childminder with Ofsted. I have now been childminding for 14 years, I have had 3 inspections my first was graded GOOD then my last 2 have been graded OUTSTANDING
