About Me
Hello and welcome! My name is Rochanna and I’m a qualified teacher (QTS) with a degree in Early Years Education and over 10 years of experience working in the education sector—especially within the early years. I’m also a proud mum of two, so I understand how important it is to find the right childcare where your little one feels safe, happy, and supported.
I provide a warm, nurturing, and stimulating home-from-home environment where children can learn, grow, and flourish at their own pace. My setting follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, with activities tailored to support each child’s unique interests and development—through play, creativity, outdoor exploration, and plenty of hands-on learning.
My Experience
I’m fully DBS-checked, paediatric first aid trained, and committed to ongoing professional development to maintain the highest standards of care.

Our experience with Rochanna has been very positive. She provides a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and well cared for. From the moment we started, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the children and puts a lot of thought into their wellbeing and development.
She is attentive, patient, and very responsive to each child’s individual needs. Communication has always been excellent—she keeps us updated on how the day has gone, including activities, feeding, and naps, which gives great peace of mind as a parent.
The environment she provides is clean, organised, and stimulating for children. She encourages learning through play, supports social development, and makes sure the children feel included and happy. It is clear that she has a lot of experience and takes her responsibility seriously.
Knowing that my child is in a safe and caring environment while I am away is incredibly reassuring. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a reliable, kind, and professional childminder.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Rochanna. No two days are ever the same, there’s always an adventure, whether going to softplay, a fair or just a fun trip to the park. A lot of thought is put into creating fun and memorable experiences.
My daughter is always so excited to go and often doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day! I feel reassured knowing she is not only well cared for but also having the best time while she’s there. I highly recommend.
