About Me
I'm a 30 year old mum to a 5 year old girl and a 2 year old boy. Before having my own children, I worked with them in a few different ways over the course of my career. Firstly I worked at nurseries, then I nannied and finally I was a child minder working from my own home.
I'm looking for evening babysitting jobs only. I babysit for a couple of regular families but would like to take on a few more families to give me some extra cash while enjoying a long maternity leave with my own two little ones. I have my childminding qualification, a level 3 diploma in childcare, and im dbs checked amongst other child education related certificates. I have experience with all ages of children, starting with babies as young as 3 months from when I was head of baby room at a reputable and established nursery.
For these reasons I charge £12 for babysitting.
My Experience
I child minded for over two years now after having my little girl. Before she was here I was head of the baby room in a nursery in Horsforth for a year and previously nannied 2 fantastic boys until they went to school and didn't need me anymore. On top of this I have 4 years experience working in a nursery with children aged from 0-5. And obviously experience of my own babies.
My Qualifications
I have qualified as a Level 3 childcare provider through the course - National Diploma in Childcare Learning and Development.
Pre-registration training course for new childminders in Leeds.
I also have:
Paediatric First Aid Training.
Safeguarding Training.
FGM Training.
Understanding Babies Course.
Behaviour Training Course.
Phonics Training Course.
Understanding Schematic Behaviour in children's behaviour.
Beginners knowledge of sign language including babies first signs.
