About Me
Hi, I'm Amber, a 33 year old nanny. I have nearly 15 years childcare experience (11 being a nanny) with various aged children. I am first aid trained with a DBS check and also have nanny insurance. I have levels 2 & 3 childcare qualifications. I am a driver and have my own car.
I am very friendly, caring and also very reliable. I am super organised and professional in everything I do. I love being outdoors and I am not afraid to get messy! I enjoy planning day trips and outings for the children in my care from a walk to the park, swimming, attending local toddler groups, visiting the library to day trips to the wildlife park.
I am more than happy to do cooking for the children and any child related jobs around the house.
My current role is coming to an end in August so I will be looking for a new full time role from then. I can be flexible with starting earlier for the right job.

My Experience
I am currently working for family looking after their 2 children, I have been with them for 3 years and will be with them until their youngest goes to school in September.
Before this I have had other nanny roles:
-Temping for a family in Jericho with 3 girls ages 4, 2 and 1.
-Temping for a newborn whilst mum recovers.
-2 part time nanny roles for a year and a half. 2 days a week with a 1 yr old boy and a 6 yr old girl and 3 days with girls aged 2 and 4 yrs old. At my 3 day role I done a nanny share with 2 other families also, so have experience with working with numerous children and families at once.
-Full time for a 1 year old boy for just over a year until he moved abroad.
-Full time nanny for a family of 3 boys aged 11, 9 and 4 years old. I worked for them for over 4 years from when the youngest was just 1 month old right through until he went to school, then I was no longer needed.
Prior to my nanny jobs I worked in a nursery and a pre school and worked my way up to deputy manager. I have also done work experience in several nurseries with children ranging from ages 3 months - 4 yrs, and in schools with children ranging from 5 yrs to 11 yrs. I have many years of babysitting experience for numerous families :)
My Qualifications
NVQ 2 & 3 in childcare and education. First aid trained.
