My Experience

I am a Ofsted registered Childminder. I have a TQUK Level 3 Diploma in Early Years and also a TQUK Level 2 in SEND. I am registered "Good in all areas". I have been childminding for nearly 8 years now; I love my "job" and wouldn't swap what I do for anything. I offer plenty of outdoor activities; including a specific made play area for little ones to run around and play in. My days may also include local trips out parks, play groups, soft play areas, library; plenty of walks in the fresh air, nature walks. I also offer larger trips to places like the zoo, cinema, celebration meals, panto etc. I also offer plenty of indoor activities too; I have the benefit of two designated play rooms designed specifically for the children, offering lots of great activities (lego, dressing up, puzzles, ball pit, train set, play kitchen and many many more). I work closely with parents to plan and structure the individual needs of the child.

• Paediatric First Aider (March 2017; July 2020; July 2023)
• Safeguarding Children Basic Awareness (March 2017; February 2020)
• Safeguarding for Designated Lead (February 2024)
• Channel General Awareness Module
• Online FGM Course
• Level 2 Food Hygiene in Early Years Setting (Oct 2017; January 21)
• Continuous Professional Development Courses (online, webinars, face to face)

My Fees

• Childminding from £50.00 per hour

I offer the Early Education Funding Scheme - fees can be discussed on enquiring
or £50 per day (this is my normal day rate)
