Great after school nanny

Mel was a brilliant nanny to our two children and treated them as though they were her own. She is very reliable and always on time for the school pick up. Mel would cook dinner and spend time playing with the children. Nothing is ever too much trouble and we will all miss Mel enormously. Thank you for being part of our family Mel. Xx

Excellent Nanny who truly cares about my boys

We have been fortunate to have Melanie in our family looking after our two boys aged 7 and 9 for 6 months now. We wanted her to pick up the boys from school, feed them their dinner and make sure they do their homework. Due to Covid and schools being closed Melanie has been flexible with her hours to help cater for my workload and we are so grateful to her. Melanie really cares about the boys and from the very first day my boys adored her. She would spend time chatting to them, watching tele and helping with their homework. She is so in tune with the boys when they needed help with their fussy eating she was on hand to give advice. Both of them can be a handful at times but she would always control the situation well. We really trust Melanie to take good care of them and at the same time give them a positive experience. Melanie is careful to follow all the Covid guidelines which gave us great peace of mind.
I feel so lucky we found Melanie as she slotted into our Family over night. Sadly we are moving away so won’t be able to keep her after April but she will be a great asset to any family. I have no hesitation in 100% recommending Melanie to any future family.

Fun loving, reliable Nanny

Melanie has been an excellent after school nanny for nearly two years for my 2 boys of Junior school age and has always been 100% reliable. She is lots of fun to have around and makes an effort to know the boys friends and arrange play dates for them, and she understands how to deal with any problems they may be facing. She will make sure they do their homework, give them their tea and keep up to date with their afterschool clubs and activities.

Because of her mid-day work with early years children she is very aware of child safeguarding, especially the more recent issues around keeping the children safe from Coronavirus. which gives the additional confidence that my boys are being well cared for by their Nanny Mel.

Unfortunately, due to a change in my job situation we no longer need the services of a nanny, however we will be keeping in touch with Melanie and I would have no hesitation to have her work for our family again in the future.
