About Me

Hi, my name’s Georgia and I’m 29. I’m a fun, caring, reliable and energetic person who loves working with children!
I am level 3 qualified in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. I have been working in a nursery for 11 years now and currently a full time room leader, just looking for a bit of a change!
I am trustworthy and responsible, patient and enthusiastic. I have a current DBS check and paediatric first aid certificate. I have a driving licence and my own car.

My Experience

I have worked in the same nursery since 2012 when I started my childcare career and have always been based in the 2-3 room. I started as a key worker and worked my way to deputy room leader. I now run the room as full time room leader whilst continuing to be a key worker of around 10 children. I am sometimes required to work in other rooms of the nursery meaning I have experience with children from 5 months-8 years.

My Qualifications

Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development- qualified with triple distinction
I have a current paediatric first aid certificate
I have a current and up to date DBS check
I’ve attended many different courses over the years
I have a full driving licence and my own car
