About Me
I am a full-time qualified primary school teacher, currently teaching year 3/4. I have over 14 years of experience and have taught year 1 through to year 6. I have successfully tutored children through SATs and entrance exams, including successful results in gaining scholarships to Magdalen and Abingdon. I have three grown up children if my own and as a parent have experienced both the independent and state school environment
I believe in a fun, flexible but focused approach to learning and now have a few hours spare each week for tutoring availability

My Experience
I have been teaching for over 14 years and hold PGCE QTS primary teaching status. I have also been a leader in both the Scout and Guide Associations, have ran a Sunday School and offer private tuition locally. I have 3 children of my own (two grown up and one at college).
My Qualifications
I have an Environmental Science degree with a Primary teaching PGCE. I am DBS checked and hold a valid first aid certificate, including Epi-pen training. In addition I have a full, clean license and have business and public liability insurance.
I have been teaching for over 16 years and have experience of tutoring for SATs, 11 plus, and entrance exams to most Oxfordshire schools. I have also taught children who are educated at home including those with ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia/Dyscalculia.
My Availability
After school except for Thursdays

Sunday afternoons
Extra days can be accommodated in school holidays

My Fees
- Tutoring from £35.00 per hour
£40 an hour in person
£35 online
I also do small groups which range from £15 to £20 an hour (group size of 4-6 max)
