About Me

I am a qualified support worker level 2.
I currently work with children within a care setting, safeguarding children.

My previous job was supporting individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, and autism.
Current employment ‘social care for 6 years at mainly focusing on one individual that I support.
I have built up a very stable, professional relationship with the individuals.

In my previous employment before that I was working as a carer within the community, visiting patients within their homes administering medication, delivering a high-quality standard of care and personal hygiene care if needed.

My previous jobs and experience provided all staff with regular mandatory training courses, this is done yearly. Covering the care certificate for person cantered care, keeping all records of training up to date so that staff feel comfortable and confident when working, not only putting the training in to good practise day to day but also have a good knowledge of any up to date guidelines or changes in the workplace. This includes Safeguarding, equality and diversity, manual handling and mental health capacity act, also covering specific conditions and other learning disabilities and behaviours like autism.

I am now looking to help families with childcare or offer my services in any areas where you might need extra help exchange for cash in hand £13.00 per hour.
