Hello, my name is Carmen and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder in The London Borough of Southwark available to work at supporting you and your families childcare needs.

Play is learning through creativity which fuels the mind and that is why I decided to become a registered as a Childminder to have an opportunity to fuel mighty minds through creativity with a one to one approach that you just dont get in nursery.

Days with me like with my children when they were small are full of flow and London adventure tailored to the needs of every child.

I set up my own business within child care to tap into the lack of creative care and after school activity in the SE1 area, with an experienced creative background on both curriculum led subjects and external subjects of study, my thesis is that Educational development thrives when we have the opportunity to create things in safe spaces without limitations.

I am a creative by career and enjoy my time exploring and creating and building upon how and what mediums young people are exposed to.

Being a mother myself to three children I'm experienced in meeting needs of many at once, I work well with children of all backgrounds and embrace and teach my children to learn and celebrate culture and social differences.

In my care your child will re-develop their love for food as I am an avid foodie passionate about creative ways of learning and together we will strive towards achiveing great things at your childs pace.

I have experience and a great understanding of Early Years development with four years experience overlooking curriculum as parent governor in schools.

11 Years experience working within Public Sector as a professional.
4 Fours years as Parent Governor in a local SE1 primary school overlooking Curriculum.
2 years a a Child Performance Chaperone.
