Pam built a genuinely warm, trusting, and positive relationship with our children, who were always happy, comfortable, and secure in her care. She has a natural authority that the children respected, combined with kindness and consistency, which meant her approach to boundaries and discipline worked extremely well.

She was also exceptionally reliable and always punctual, and she consistently showed flexibility to meet the changing needs of our family. Her many years of experience were very evident in her calm, confident approach and in the way she handled both everyday routines and more challenging moments.

Pam was proactive in keeping the children busy and engaged, regularly taking them out to activities and ensuring they had a varied and stimulating day. She also helped keep the house tidy and well-organised, which was greatly appreciated.

As parents, had a very positive, respectful, and healthy working relationship with Pam, built on clear communication and mutual trust. She is a truly excellent nanny, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to another family.
