Hi, I'm Sarah. I I'm an NNEB qualified OFSTED registered nanny with over 20 years experience. I'm fun, caring and most of all love to help children grow and develop by enriching, engaging activities within a nurturing environment. I'm a keen gardener and love being outside with the children wherever possible. I also enjoy cooking , baking and craft activities and sharing these with the children in my care.
My Experience
I have cared for children from newborn to 16 years old. I have worked both as a nanny and within nursery settings, so I'm really aware of how to support children making the transition into nursery and school. Equally I have experience in meeting the needs of very young children, weaning, potty training and everything else that comes with the baby and toddler years! I have experience running 'mum's and tots' groups, so have a wide range of activities and materials up my sleeve and experience of being able to offer something for everyone,
I have experience caring for single children and ensuring that they are not only cared for but enjoy a range of social opportunities and also meeting the needs of sibling groups. I currently wirk fir a family but family circumstances have chso looking for a new roll. I have experience of meeting a broad range of needs and interests, including the usual sibling dynamics and helping with homework. I have experience caring for children with a range of special needs and disabilities. One of the things I enjoy about nannying is being able to give the children I care for highly personalised child-centric care.
I am fully insured including business insurance on my car, so can also do any school runs and outings.
