Hi, I’m Katie, I’m 29 years old and have over 13 years of experience working with children, including 7 years of nannying experience.
I’m a mature, caring, reliable and trustworthy individual, and I genuinely love working with children. I’m passionate about supporting their development, creating a safe and happy environment, and building great relationships with both children and their families.
I currently work full-time as a Business Development Manager and, alongside my career, I’m available to support local families with evening and overnight babysitting.
I’m happy to help with evening routines including dinner, bath time, bedtime and settling children for the night, as well as providing overnight care when parents are away or simply need an extra pair of hands. I understand how important it is to have someone you can completely trust when leaving your children, particularly overnight, and I’m always happy to meet families beforehand.
Alongside my hands-on childcare experience, I’m SENCO qualified and have experience as a Safeguarding Lead. I have also previously undergone Ofsted and local authority checks and interviews through my childcare work. I’m happy to provide relevant qualifications and certifications prior to babysitting.
I’m primarily available on weekday evenings and for overnight stays, with occasional additional availability depending on my work commitments.
