We want someone reliable, kind, dedicated, hardworking, non smoker and flexible. Our current nanny/babysitter is now gone and looking for someone to start half term or Nov. 2026.
We are looking for someone to help with mainly after school. It would generally involve pick up from local school in leamington, 3 days a week usually Tues to Thurs 3:30PM to around 6:30pm. There is flexibility re hours.
Ideally someone who has officially had experience looking after kids before please. Please be able to provide references.

Dropped us last minute

2 stars

Tracy never babysat for us...I met her was impressed with her experience and references. Offered her the job on her pay terms and she accepted. Sent out her details to nursery and school. On the day she was due to meet our kids she sent me a text to say she can no longer accept the job because she had been asked to babysitting her grandchild additional days. This clearly left us in a bind as we had made plans around her availability. Even booked my eldest art class for her to take him. A disappointment overall and certainly lost points for her reliability.

Please accept my apologies, as agreed it is not professional but as a member of the family has been diagnosed with cancer it is imperative I help with my granddaughter.
Thank you for the review !

Reliability of meeting

Maddie never worked for us however we had several appointments that she canceled with no advanced notice or warning. As a result I would have to say it is not a good first impression.

Hi thank you for leaving this review!

Unfortunately we had arranged one meeting which I had to cancel at short notice and did apologise for. However, since that time I did give you my availability for this week but after declining a time today(I also work full time), which was short notice by yourself you have left this review, which is inaccurate

However, I thank you for taking the time to leave your review :)!
