We work full time in a hospital and our schedule varies
My Requirements
We want someone reliable, kind, dedicated, hardworking, non smoker and flexible. Our current babysitter is sadly moving at end of summer and we hope to find someone to start September 2025.
We are looking for someone to do mainly after school pick up from local school in leamington, 3:30PM to around 6pm, 2 or 3 days a week. drop offs locally at after school clubs as well. There is flexibility re hours.
Ideally someone who has officially had experience looking after kids before please not only siblings. Please be able to provide references (not family related).

Tracy never babysat for us...I met her was impressed with her experience and references. Offered her the job on her pay terms and she accepted. Sent out her details to nursery and school. On the day she was due to meet our kids she sent me a text to say she can no longer accept the job because she had been asked to babysitting her grandchild additional days. This clearly left us in a bind as we had made plans around her availability. Even booked my eldest art class for her to take him. A disappointment overall and certainly lost points for her reliability.

Maddie never worked for us however we had several appointments that she canceled with no advanced notice or warning. As a result I would have to say it is not a good first impression.

Unfortunately we had arranged one meeting which I had to cancel at short notice and did apologise for. However, since that time I did give you my availability for this week but after declining a time today(I also work full time), which was short notice by yourself you have left this review, which is inaccurate
