About Me
I have been a childcare provider for over 27 years and take great pride and pleasure looking after children. It is in my nature to be very loving and caring and having lots of fun and enjoyment with the children. As a childcare professional I also understand the importance of providing activities that will help each individual child reach their physical, intellectual, linguistic, emotional and social milestones. I always endeavour to be a hard working, punctual, dedicated and loyal individual and believe that it is vital to have a good strong relationship with the families I work with.
During my professional career I have also had the experience of working aboard in Crete as a waitress. I also travelled around Australia for a 7 month period. In my leisure time I enjoy reading, cake making, photography & swimming.
My Experience
I have been a nanny for over 27 years , working with many different families and with children of all ages from 11week old twins to 10 year olds getting ready for senior school.
During my professional carer I have also cared for children with
allergies and intolerances such as nuts, seeds and coeliac disease.
I have also cared for children with varying degrees of special needs such as epilepsy, dyslexia, dyspraxia and mild and server cerebral palsy.
For each family I have provided a good caring and safe environment, healthy and well balanced meals and a range of activities suitable to the age and ability of each individual child.
