My Experience

Although I do not currently hold any professional qualifications in child care I am going to be completing the Level 3 Preparing to Work in Home-Based Childcare Qualification (HBCA) in the hope that in the near future I will become a full-time childminder/child care professional as this is the area of work I am really passionate about and know I will be most happy in.

I have lots of experience working with children, albeit most of this is for friends and family. I currently work with young people, many of them are young parents so I am actively involved in the mother and baby groups that are held at my place of work. Until I am able to commit to childminding full time I would like to continue babysitting for people other than family and friends. In my current role I work with vulnerable young people with the aim of getting them into education, employment or training and have previously worked in the community as a carer, in nursing homes, in sales roles and in admin roles.

My Qualifications

Clean UK Driving License / DBS check / First Aid certificate / Autism Awareness qualification / Safeguarding Qualification / Childhood Trauma training / References upon request

My Availability

I am available most evenings, weekends and would be happy to do sleep overs where necessary.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £9.00 per hour

I charge between £8-£10 per hour dependant on number of children/duties.
